What is the typical power range of this charging system?
A

A single unit delivers 1–2MW (0‑800V DC, up to 4000A). By paralleling multiple units, the system can scale to 10MW, 20MW, or higher – ideal for depots charging dozens of heavy trucks simultaneously.

Can the system integrate solar PV and battery storage?
A

Yes. It accepts grid, solar PV, and battery storage inputs simultaneously. An integrated energy management system dynamically optimizes the power mix to reduce electricity costs and peak demand charges.

How fast can it charge an electric heavy truck?
A

With up to 2MW power, a typical 400kWh battery can reach 80% charge in 15–20 minutes, depending on the vehicle’s acceptance rate and battery thermal limits.

What vehicle types are compatible?
A

The 0–800V output supports 400V, 600V, 800V, and future 1000V vehicle architectures. It is optimized for heavy trucks and buses but can also charge passenger EVs (though lower power may be more cost‑effective for cars).

Is the system ready for outdoor deployment?
A

Yes. It is available in a containerized (20ft or 40ft) format with integrated liquid cooling, IP54 protection, and operating range -40℃ to +45℃ (extendable to +60℃). Plug‑and‑play installation reduces site civil works.
