MW-Class Ultra-Fast Charging Station

One station, all sources — ultra-fast charging for the heaviest fleets.

For electric heavy trucks & fleets – a containerized system with grid + solar input, 800V platform, and modular IGBTs that parallel easily for MW-scale power.

Technical Highlights

  • Multi‑Source Energy Input: Accepts grid, solar PV, and battery storage simultaneously. Integrated energy management optimizes the power mix to reduce operating costs.
  • 800V High‑Voltage Platform: Output 0–800V DC, up to 4000A (1–2MW per unit). Supports current and next‑gen heavy trucks, buses, and EVs with <100ms load response.
  • Containerized & Scalable: Standardized 20ft/40ft container design, modular IGBT power blocks. Start with 1MW, parallel to tens of MW as fleet grows. Liquid‑cooled, IP54, -40℃ to +45℃. Efficiency ≥97.5%, THDi ≤3%.
FAQ about advantages
How fast can this station charge a heavy truck?
A

With up to 2MW (4000A at 800V), a typical 400kWh battery can be charged to 80% in about 15–20 minutes, depending on the vehicle’s acceptance rate.

What power sources can feed the station?
A

Grid (AC), solar PV, and battery storage. An energy management system optimizes the mix to reduce electricity costs and peak demand charges.

Is the station scalable for future fleet growth?
A

Yes. The modular IGBT power blocks allow you to start with 1MW and add more modules in parallel, up to 20MW or higher, without replacing existing hardware.
